The Club are pleased to announce that Connor McLennan will be returning on a development loan from Aberdeen FC. Brechin City fans will recall that the 17 year old striker impressed when on loan for a brief spell last season. Whilst knocking on the door of the Aberdeen FC 1st team Connor has turned out for the U20 development squad who play quite a number of their home games at Glebe Park.
Manager Darren Dods said ‘We are delighted to strengthen our squad with the addition of Connor, we were very pleased with the contribution he made when on loan last season and we note that he has got stronger since then. Connor will provide us with options up front as we work hard to establish ourselves in the Championship. We are extremely grateful to Derek McInnes and Aberdeen FC for agreeing to the development loan.’
