Patrick initially signed for the Club back in August 2014 where largely, he has served as a reliable back-up goalkeeper. His limited appearances have mostly been to cover suspensions or injuries but he can always be relied upon to step into the side when required, and kept a couple of crucial clean sheets in the run-in towards the end of City's promotion winning season of 2016/17.

The popular stopper left City briefly last season before re-joining the Club on an 18-month contract in January 2020. He will compete with Lewis McMinn for the number one jersey this season.
