Code of Conduct
- 1. U16 season ticket holders should adhere to the instructions of Match Stewards at all times
- 2. U16 season ticket holders should enter the ground from the Trinity Road entrance only (other than segregated fixtures)
- 3. All standard season ticket conditions apply, see below
1. Season Ticket holders are reminded that this ticket is valid for one person. The Club accepts no responsibility for tickets, coupons or vouchers being mislaid, lost or stolen. In these circumstances, the Club will issue replacements at their discretion.
2. Season Tickets are valid for any game that is postponed. In such an event, please check with the Club, or see advertising about matches affected.
3. It is against the Club regulations for persons to pass juveniles or adults over or beneath a turnstile without a ticket.
4. The obstruction of access ways, entrances, exits and stairways is forbidden.
5. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in the bar areas, or other authorised areas within the Ground, as governed by the Alcohol at Sports Ground Act 1985. Bottles, glasses, flags, banners and other similar articles are not permitted inside the Ground.
6. The Club cannot be held responsible, either through negligence or any cause for loss, theft, damage or injury to persons or their personal property whilst the affected persons are within the Ground.
7. This Season Ticket remains the property of Brechin City Football Club and its use is subject to rigid compliance with Ground Regulations. The Club reminds supporters that Brechin City Football Club reserves the right to withdraw this ticket from any person at any time, should that person contravene any Ground Regulations.
8. The Club reserves the right to search persons, and their bags etc.
9. The Club has a strict behavioural policy, in that racial and sectarian abuse will not be tolerated at any time. Repeated use of foul or abusive language will be regarded as verbal assault, and persistent offenders will be ejected from the Ground.
10. Parents / Guardians are responsible for the behaviour of their children, minors at all times. The Club will not accept responsibility for any injury caused.
11. The Club has the right at all times to refuse entry to the Ground, and this authority is delegated to Club Representatives on Matchdays.
Season Tickets are valid for all Lowland League East League matches. For all other fixtures, including Cup competitions, the holder must contact the Club to check validity or see any special advertising that may be made for such matches. The Club will always try to do its best to give Season Ticket Holders priority over NonSeason Ticket Holders for all ticket matches, either at home or away.
