Peterhead 1-1 Brechin City

Peterhead moved a step closer to relegation after the Second Division bottom club could not beat Brechin.

The visitors took the lead when Mitchel Megginson fired home a rebound shot after Neil Janczyk's effort was saved.

Ross Clark levelled when he pounced in the six-yard box and Ryan Strachan came close to a second for the hosts.

After Janczyk's handball, Strachan's penalty attempt was saved by Craig Nelson, meaning Peterhead remain six points adrift with three games to play.
