Pars Recall Smith/Tough On Loan - By John Hoey

Dunfermline Athletic midfielder Allan Smith has left Brechin City to return to East End Park after the Scottish First Division club recalled him from his loan period with the club. Meanwhile, young goalkeeper Ben Tough will be beginning a loan spell with Perthshire Junior outfit Luncarty from the beginning of next week.
