Brechin City’s qualification for the SFL Division One Play-Offs – for the 5th time in 7 seasons – sees the Glebe Parkers with a semi-final first-leg clash against Division Two runners-up Alloa Athletic. This takes place next Wednesday, that’s May 8th, with a 7.45pm kick-off.

Given that the play-offs – the promotion version at least – bring a welcome additional excitement to the end of season, the Management Committee at Glebe Park are keen to see City fans enjoy the occasion to the full by making full use of The 1983 Hospitality Lounge.

Situated within the David H Will Stand at Glebe Park, match-night hospitality will be available for only £8 above gate entry, making it a total of £20 for adults and £14 for concessions. Season ticket holders too can get access for only £8. The Lounge will open from 7pm.

We shouldn’t forget that supporters of many other teams throughout the Scottish Football League look on enviously at Brechin City’s consistent top-four finishes and the regular footballing occasions the town can enjoy as a result. The team fully deserve the locals to turn out in force to support them against Alloa Athletic, and the first place for fans to enjoy the pre and post match banter and analysis is definitely The 1983 Lounge.”
