BRECHIN CITY – FORFAR ATHLETIC MATCH PREVIEW
Brechin City play host to near neighbours Forfar Athletic in tomorrow’s opening Angus derby at Glebe Park.
City will enter the game on the back of a 2-0 home win against East Fife last Saturday while Forfar who were desperately unlucky to lose Tuesday night’s 2nd round Ramsdens Cup against Dundee will be hoping to bounce right back from that defeat to pick up their first league points of the season.
Both sides will go into the game minus key players. City will be without Ewan Moyes, and Derek Carcary, who had to be taken off shortly before half-time in the East Fife game will also miss out. The Loons will be without suspended pair Mark McCulloch and Darren Dods
Last season’s encounters between the sides brought two victories each and both teams will be desperate to draw first blood this time round.
The man in the middle tomorrow will be Euan Anderson
