Arbroath-Brechin Preview - By John Hoey

Arbroath - Brechin City Match Preview

Brechin City wii make the short trip to Gayfield tomorrow in a much more confident frame of mind after their two recent performances against Arbroath and Rangers when the team recaptured much of the form everyone knows that they're capable of.

Despite last week's 3-1 win at home to the Lichties when goals from Graham Hay (pen), Andy Ryan and Derek Carcary wrapped up the points, neither the manager or the players will travel to Gayfield taking anything for granted. Arbroath on their own patch are always a tough proposition as they proved in the league game between the teams there way back in August when two first-half goals from on-loan Motherwell striker Lee Erwin gave his side a 2-0 half-time lead, and although Bobby Barr pulled a goal back for City early in the second-half, the team couldn't score again and the Lichties collected full points.

Erwin will be unavailable for the hosts tomorrow along with Ricky Little and Connor Birse who both sat out last Saturday's match.

City will still be without injured midfielder Allan Walker while Andy Ryan will be unavailable for this match.

The referee for tomorrow's game is Des Roache.
