Forfar -Brechin Preview

Brechin City will head to Station Park tomorrow looking to make it three derby wins on the trot.
Following on from back to back wins against Arbroath, City supporters will be looking for their team to continue the good form against their near neighbours who had a good cup win against East Fife at Station Park last Saturday, their goals coming from Dale Hilson and former City striker Chris Templeman.
Games between the two sides are invariably close and evenly contested and tomorrow's eagerly anticipated fixture would on paper at least, look to fall into the same category. There is also the added spice that the two sides will meet in the 4th round of the Scottish Cup in three weeks time.
City drew first blood in the only game between the sides this season when they clinched all three points in a match which had a dramatic conclusion to say the least.
A Craig Molloy goal after 18 minutes gave City an early lead and a further goal from Alan Trouten early in the second-half looked to see them heading for a comfortable victory. However, the Loons dramatically reduced the deficit from the penalty-spot with a minute remaining when Iain Campbell converted and to the consternation of the home support but to the delight of the Loons faithful, the visitors were awarded a further penalty in stoppage time but thankfully (from City's point of view), Graeme Smith brought off a superb save from Campbell to deny Forfar a share of the spoils.
A victory for City tomorrow would see them extend the points gap between the sides to four while a Forfar win would see them leapfrog City in the table.
Allan Walker is ruled out of this game due to injury but everyone else is available for selection.
Forfar will be without long-term casualties Mark McCulloch, Keith Gibson and Derek Soutar and while there are one or two minor knocks amongst the squad it is anticipated that everyone else will be available.
The man in the middle tomorrow is Calum Murray.
