Ian Campbell moved to sign David Craig from Queen of the South mid-way through May of this year, three months later, things haven't really worked out for Craig at Glebe Park and has therefore opted to sign for Dick Campbell's Partick Thistle who are currently in Division Two.
The official Partick Thistle website reported:
"An experienced defender, thirty-six year old David moved around the clubs after leaving Firhill and joined Brechin from Queen of the South in May 2005.
Standing at 6’2” and weighing in at around 13 stones, Dick Campbell believes that David’s commanding presence will be an asset wherever he is deployed on the park."
Craig has been plagued with injury in his short time at Glebe Park and found it increasingly hard to get a first team start.
Brechin City FC wish him all the best for the future.
