Manager Ray McKinnon is pleased to secure the services of Alan Trouten for next season. The 28 year old striker who has been in fine form for the Club this season with 9 league goals to his name has agreed to a contract extension that will keep him at Brechin City FC until the end of the 2014/15 season.
Ray McKinnon said “I am delighted to be able to say that Alan Trouten will be playing for Brechin City FC next season. ‘Trouts’ has had to battle with bouts of injury this year but he has always fought his way back into the team and has been a model professional setting an example for others to follow. He is one of the most skillful players in this league who could easily play at a higher level, we are therefore very pleased that he has extended his contract with Brechin City as we enter this vital stage of our season.”
