The Club are to start a new FFIT course at Glebe Park on Monday 11th January @ 7pm. The first evening is an information night to provide interested parties with full details of the course programme.

In a recent study published in the Lancet, Football Fans in Training has been shown to help men between 35 and 65 to lose weight, change their activity and eating patterns and to feel better in themselves.
