AGM 2016
- By
Brechin City FC
The Club wish to thank everyone who attended last night's AGM. Just short of 50 members turned up to hear reports on last season from Chairman Ken Ferguson, Secretary Gus Fairlie and the financial statement was presented by Vice Chairman Martin Smith with assistance from CA James Black. An update on the Club's commercial activity was presented by Grant Hood.
Manager Darren Dods gave a summary of last season whilst also outlining his thoughts for the season ahead, the Manager then took questions from members.
Chairman Ken Ferguson said after the meeting 'The AGM once again demonstrated the value of Brechin City FC remaining to be a member owned club through its season ticket holders. Thanks again to everyone who attended and for the valued input into what was an positive and upbeat meeting. The meeting echoed the feel good factor that exits at the Club as we start another season. Darren now has his first season as a Manager under his belt, he has formed an excellent squad and pre-season has gone well. All bodes well for the 'big ball' coming out on Tuesday. We would ask our supporters to get behind the Manager and his players right from the start of the season and let's all enjoy the campaign together.'
Saturday is the last chance to buy a season ticket at early bird prices, the Delson Lounge will be open for sales between 10am and 12 noon.
