“We played well, but slept for five minutes. As for the goal we lost…the game starts at three o’clock, not five past three! But other than that, I think we deserved at least a draw, and I was really happy with the application and the way we played. We could play better football but I think we created plenty chances and denied the opposition creating chances, but I’m happy with that today, even though we got beat.
“I think we had a penalty claim which was an absolute stonewaller, but such is life. These things go for you when you are at the top but when you are down there it doesn’t.
“I’m disappointed for the fans that we got beat but we have more to come, we’ll be fine.
Speaking on Bollan’s dismissal: “It was obscure to say the least, I believe he said something to the linesman, but it didn’t really affect the outcome of the game.”
“When we play like that, we are not far away but we’ve still got a wee bit to go. I’m disappointed for my players, the application they put into the game was great and when you get that from your team then I can’t complain.
