Brechin City - Ayr United Match Preview
Brechin City will be keeping their fingers crossed that the milder weather continues as they prepare to face Ayr United in tomorrow night's rearranged third round William Hill Scottish Cup fixture.
City fans are reminded that Season Tickets are not valid for Scottish Cup ties and that standard admission prices will apply which are Parent & Child - £16 (Plus £2 admission for each additional child in the family party), Adults - £13 and Concessions - (Over 65's and Under 18's) - £7. Free entry to the Pay Bar in the 1983 Hospitality Lounge will be available from 7pm.
As far as City team news is concerned, Paul McLean (suspended), Chis O'Neil, Alan Trouten and Andy Jackson are definite non-starters while Finn Graham's chances are rated at no more than 50/50. However, Darren McCormack will be available after injury saw him side-lined for the last couple of weeks while emergency loan signing Robbie Buchanan has been given permission to play by his parent club Hearts.
Ayr manager Ian McCall will be without striker Craig Moore and will also be missing defender Scott McKenna and striker Kevin Nisbet who have not been given permission to play by parent clubs Aberdeen and Partick Thistle respectively. However, the Honest Men boss will welcome back Jamie Adams, Ross Docherty and Brian Gilmour who missed Tuesday night's 1-1 draw with Raith Rovers at Starks Park.
In the event of the match ending all square, the replay will take place next Tuesday night (Tuesday 6th December) at Somerset Park with a 7.45pm kick-off.
