Manager Barry Smith has clinched the signature of central defender Scott Reekie who becomes the 11th signing of the close season.
The 19 year-old featured in the pre-season friendlies against Dundee United and Falkirk, coincidentally his two former clubs.
Hailing from the Fife village of Pittenweem, Scott was at Dundee United from the age of 9 and was part of the first group of players to attend the SFA performance school at St John's in Dundee.
He would go on to sign professional terms at the start of the 2016/17 season and although he was mostly involved with the development squad, he made one first team appearance aged just 17 in a 2-0 Irn Bru Cup victory over Cowdenbeath at Tannadice.
After being released by United in January this year, Ray McKinnon brought him to Falkirk where he penned a short term deal until the end of the season.
Welcome to Glebe Park, Scott!
