It’s been confirmed that Brechin City’s player shirt sponsorships for the new season are already sold out.

Fans across the UK, local supporters and those with personal connections to the new look City squad, have already surpassed expectations resulting in player allocations being fully subscribed already.

Speaking on behalf of The Management Committee, Secretary Grant Hood said, “It’s consistently one of our most popular means for fans to show their support, and it’s hugely satisfying to see the shirt opportunities sold out before we’ve even started our League 2 campaign. Given the brand new squad Barry and Stevie are constructing, there’s an increasing feeling of goodwill being generated around The Club, fuelled by a clear desire for the players to perform well and for everyone to enjoy the season ahead.”

Opportunities will continue to exist should any additional players join the club, and options also exist to sponsor players’ boots or members of the backroom staff. Supporters looking to contribute should email sponsorship@brechincityfc.com for more details.

At the time of writing, the boots of the following players are available to sponsor for just £50 with online club acknowledgements: Ross Crawford, Matthew Knox, Ryan McCord, Sean McIntosh, Fionn McLeod Kay, Paul McManus, Scott Reekie and Luke Watt.
