Brechin City FC can confirm that Aidan Laverty has returned to parent club Falkirk.

The youngster had signed on loan from the Bairns in January and started in the 2-1 defeat against Elgin City at Glebe Park. However, he has been unable to force his way back into the side.

Manager Mark Wilson said, "We're unable to give Aidan the game time he needs to help him continue his recovery from injury and returns to his parent club with our thanks and best wishes for his future career. We also thank Falkirk FC for their full co-operation over Aidan's short time with the club too."
