City Manager Andy Kirk has bolstered his attacking options with the addition of experienced frontman Garry Wood.

Garry, who started his career with Elgin City and Inverness Caledonian Thistle, arrives at the Club with a proven record at Highland League level. He bagged 83 goals in 178 appearances for Formartine United before leaving the Aberdeenshire outfit at the end of last season. Standing at over 6 foot, he will provide a real physical presence upfront.

The 33 year-old was part of Ross County's fairytale run to the Scottish Cup final in 2010, when they belied their First Division status to dump out Hibs and Celtic on their way to the Hampden showpiece against Dundee United.

Wood also notably scored an audacious 35-yard strike for Montrose against Brora Rangers in 2015, which helped the Gable Endies avoid relegation from the SPFL.
