Due to the recent rise in Covid-19 cases, the Club have decided to change the friendly fixture against Dundee Utd on Saturday to a closed-door game with no supporters.
This course of action has been taken to hopefully minimise any chance of transmission to both teams and personnel, with a view to the Premier Cup starting shortly.
The 'meet and greet' session planned with the new Management team will also be postponed tomorrow evening (Wednesday). However, supporters can still attend Glebe Park between 7-9pm to purchase and uplift season tickets as previously planned in line with current club Covid-19 guidance which will be provided on attendance.
The club would like to apologise to supporters who were planning on attending the game.
The match will be streamed live by Hedge TV, with pay-per-view access available to purchase for £10. To register/purchase the stream, visit
HEDGE TV LIVE
Season ticket holders are entitled to a free ticket to stream the game. Please e-mail hedgetv@brechincity.com by 5pm on Friday 2nd July with your name and season ticket number and you will be provided with an access code.
The stream will go live at approximately 1:45pm and we recommend that users sign in/register and view the stream as early as possible.
The Club acknowledge the live streaming issues from the previous encounter against Dundee United in the League Cup last season. This was caused by electronic advertising boards which will not be in place on Saturday.
For those who haven't viewed live streaming via Hedge TV before, we would encourage users to read all of the information in the above link and watch our free-to-air Hedge TV test stream as soon as possible. This is to ensure that your chosen device or browser performance is satisfactory before you try to watch your first live event.
