O'Neill lands fourth summer signing

Michael O'Neill has continued his rebuilding programme with the signing this evening of Dumbarton striker Iain Russell.
The player put pen to paper following a successful medical at Glebe Park and the Brechin manager is hopeful that Iain will manage to display the same sort of form that showed him find the net on 37 occasions for Dumbarton in 87 games.
Iain finished top scorer at The Rock in his first two seasons with the club following a successful loan period and despite Dumbarton's relegation to Division three last season, he also netted another nine goals.
Iain, who hails from Glasgow, started his senior career at Motherwell and played in the first team there a few times. However, it was following his move to Dumbarton that his career took off and his pace and eye for goal are likely to be an asset in next year's second division campaign.
Everyone at Glebe Park wishes Iain all the very best with Brechin City.
