On the eve of our Highland League fixture against Forres Mechanics, Manager Andy Kirk has bolstered his defensive options with the loan signing of Sam Denham from St Johnstone.

The highly-rated right sided central defender joins fellow Saints players Jack Wills and Max Kucheriavyi at Glebe Park for the rest of the season.

Sam signed for St Johnstone from Celtic's Under 18 squad and has spent time out on loan at BSC Glasgow and most recently, Edinburgh City at the tail end of last season.

Everyone at Brechin City would like to welcome Sam to the Club as he looks to gain valuable first team experience at Glebe Park.
