IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SEASON TICKET HOLDERS – INCORPORATION & SHARE ISSUE

The transfer of the assets and liabilities of Brechin City Football Club to Brechin City Football Club Limited took place on Friday 29 October 2021. As part of this transaction, all qualifying (Adult and Concession) season ticket holders of Brechin City Football Club have been given 50 Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in Brechin City Football Club Limited (BCFCL) and have become shareholders in BCFCL.

Early next week all shareholders will receive a communication from the directors of BCFCL regarding the issue of further shares and the opportunity for shareholders to purchase these. This is the first stage of the Directors’ aim to raise in the region of £350,000 in order to strengthen the financial position of the Club, secure its long term future and implement its vision for the Club – a better team, with better facilities for a better Brechin.

For those shareholders who have previously provided an email address to the Club, you will receive your communication by email, and this will be sent out to you this Monday 1 November. Please check you have received this and your spam/junk email filters if you have not. Please contact the Club – by emailing shares@brechincity.com or Tel. 01674 840206 during office hours – as soon as possible if you have not received your email by Monday evening.

For those of you who have not provided an email address, the communication will be delivered to your home address on either Monday 1 or Tuesday 2 November. Again, if you have not received this by Tuesday evening, please let us know by contacting the Club during office hours on 01674 840206.

Please note that shareholders have a limited period (to Wednesday 17 November) to confirm if they to purchase further shares in BCFCL. The details of what shareholders need to do to purchase further shares is set out in the communication you will receive – this will include details of payment options.
