Cruickshank Signs Extension

The Club is delighted to confirm that full-back Michael Cruickshank has signed an extension to his contract which will keep him at Glebe Park for the 2022/23 season.
Cruickshank, who lives just several streets away from the Glebe, wears his heart on his sleeve and is evidently thriving on representing his hometown club.
He made his debut as a trialist against Fraserburgh in August and although he had to be patient for his chance in the side again, he has started in all but 1 of City's last 14 league matches, 13 of which have culminated in victories.
As well as chipping in with several assists, he netted his first goal for City in the win over Brora Rangers at Glebe Park last month and followed that up with another the following week against Clachnacuddin.
Manager Andy Kirk commented, "Michael has come in and improved a lot. He's a great lad with a really positive attitude and he's great to have in the changing room. He's worked his way into the team and he's done really well.
"We want players like Michael in our squad and the fact that he's a local boy it adds a bit of passion into his game too which is important.
The club hope to announce further positive news on the squad front over the coming days.
