The Club would like to provide an update to shareholders regarding this year’s AGM.

In line with the rules of the company, the AGM will be held before the end of November and each shareholder will receive intimation of the intended date of the AGM at least 28 days before the date of the meeting. They will also receive any information relevant to the AGM including an Agenda, a copy of the accounts and information on the nomination and election procedure to be a Director.

We are sure our shareholders will appreciate the last year has been a unique one – with a huge amount of transition on and off the field including the transfer of the Club from a members club to a limited company – and this is reflected in the processes and regulatory requirements now required. In future years, as we move from this transitional period, the process will be simpler and it is the Club’s intention to revert back to a late summer date for future AGMs.

We are not yet in a position to announce the date of this year’s AGM but it is likely to be in either October or November and we look forward to announcing the date in the next few weeks.
