Templeman in talks with Morton

Brechin manager Dick Campbell says City have accepted an offer from Morton for Chris Templeman. He has still to agree personal terms at Cappielow.
Templeman has been on superb form recently, he is Brechin's top scorer with 18 goals. The manager would be disappointed to see him go, but obviously would not stand in the way of a player wanting to join a full-time club.
The manager said: "The clubs have agreed on a very considerable fee and we could not stand in the road of a player wanting to make his living from the game.
"We would miss him, but it would be what he wants.
"He is on fire at the moment and deserves all the plaudits.
"We have a very strong pool of players and his departure would also be a chance for others to grab the shirt."
The blow of losing Templeman is softened somewhat by the news that City have agreed a deal to sign Craig Nelson (see releated links). Furthermore it is expected that funds will be made available to the manager to secure new players in the January transfer window.
