The Annual General Meeting for shareholders of Brechin City Football Club Limited will be held at the Mechanics Hall, Brechin on Tuesday 29th November 2022 at 7pm.

All shareholders will shortly receive formal notice of the meeting together with other information and documentation relevant to the meeting. This will include a copy of the annual accounts and information regarding attendance, the use of proxies where appropriate, and the nomination process for the appointment of directors.

Where we hold an email address for shareholders, this information will be e-mailed to them at that address. If we do not hold an e-mail address, the information will be delivered by hand or by post to the contact address we have.
