New gluten free brewery CoelBrew kicks off a three year sponsorship of one of Scottish football’s most iconic landmarks.
Brechin’s famous Hedge on the north side of Glebe Park, the only senior ground in Europe to have a giant hedge surround its perimeter, is the latest Scottish football icon to confirm a sponsorship deal with CoelBrew.
CoelBrew’s General Manager Shona Gillespie said; “We love football and this is a great way for us to support our local community and the much loved Brechin hedge. It’s a pleasure for me to be able to invest in the club, and I’m looking forward to being part of the team’s journey with the fans over the years ahead.”
Brechin City Chairman Kevin Mackie added “The Hedge is iconic in Scottish Football, and we’re sure that CoelBrew will become equally iconic. We’re thrilled that the Hedge has been sponsored for the first time in our 116 year history, and the three year commitment represents the faith that CoelBrew have invested in the Club to help them deliver their message.”
CoelBrew introduces its first lager named STOMP this December in time for Christmas to hand picked events and bars as it opens its new Brewery in St Andrew’s.
