Supporters' Club Donation

Following their AGM at Glebe Park yesterday evening, representatives of Brechin City Supporters' Club presented a cheque to Brechin City FC for £5,000, bringing the total value donated over the season to £10,000.
Chairman Kevin Mackie commented, "On behalf of everyone at the Club, I would like to thank the Supporters' Club for all their continued support which is hugely appreciated.
"The Supporters' Club have been instrumental in helping many fans to our away games and create the backing that the players greatly appreciate.
"Particular thanks to the Supporters' Club committee who turn up week in week out to help with manning the shop and also arranging fundraising via 50/50 sales etc."
On behalf of the Supporters' Club, Dean Walker added, "The Supporters Club were delighted to hand over our end of season donation last night to Brechin City FC for the sum of £5000, brining the season total to £10,000.
"Raising money in the current climate we all live in is extremely challenging but our fans, yet again, show how its done with their continued support throughout the season!
"Having had the busiest season to date in terms of shop sales and those wishing to travel, our thanks go to each and every one of you! You have contributed to the substantial donation we have been able to hand over, and without your generosity it simply isn't possible!
"Finally, we'd to thank the Brechin City Directors, Committee and players for a memorable 2022/2023 season which saw us being crowned Highland League Champions."
