Following the announcement of two new signings yesterday evening, the busy transfer activity has continued with the addition of another local player, Ewan Murray on a loan deal from Dundee FC until January.
Ewan, who hails from Little Brechin on the outskirts of the town, goes straight into the squad for this afternoon's Highland League fixture against Brora Rangers.
He has been with the Dundee youth setup from an early age and got his first taste of top team action for the Dee in a pre-season friendly against Peterhead aged just 15, scoring the opening goal and picking up the man of the match award in the process. He went on to sign his first professional contract on his 16th birthday.
Ewan got some valuable first team experience under his belt with a loan spell at Keith towards the end of last season and more recently was part of a Dundee B side that defeated Buckie Thistle 4-0 in the SPFL Trust Trophy last month.
Manager Andy Kirk commented,
"Ewan is a player that we know and one who has a lot of potential. He is another player who has the ability to play in a couple of different positions.
"Ewan has had some experience of the Highland League having been on loan at Keith towards the end of last season. We look forward to helping Ewan continue his development."
Ewan is available to sponsor, with home or away kit sponsorship costing £200, whilst boot sponsorship is priced at £100. For full details visit the PLAYER SPONSORSHIP page on the club website.
