Brechin City held their annual golf day at Brechin Golf Club on Friday.

The Club would once again like to thank all sponsors and supporters of this event for their continued support and generosity.

The weather was again perfect for the golfers. The winners this year were sponsored by DWG Services and led by Deano Greig, Mike Craik, Craig Murray and Stephen Simmons with Jack Souttar's team finishing as runners up.

A special mention to Honorary Members and past Committee for helping ensure the day ran smoothly. Particular thanks go to David Birse, David Lindsay, Backroom staff Willie and Grievsie and a special thanks for Martin Smith, Dick Robertson and Deano Greig.

The Club would also like to thank Brechin Golf Club, the greenkeepers, bar and kitchen staff for all their efforts in making the day run so well. Auctioneer Ian Garrick helped with the auction which was also much appreciated.

Chairman Kevin Mackie commented, "The golf day is an important event in our fundraising calendar and it was great to see so many well known faces continue to support the event."
