The Club’s Annual General Meeting for shareholders will be held on Monday 30th October 2023 at 7pm at the Mechanics Institute, St Mary Street, Brechin.

All shareholders will shortly receive formal notice of the meeting together with other information and documentation relevant to the meeting. This will include a copy of the annual accounts and information regarding attendance, the use of proxies where appropriate, and the nomination process for the appointment of directors.

Where we hold an email address for shareholders, this information will be emailed to them at that address. If we do not hold an email address, the information will be delivered by hand or by post to the contact address we have.
