Manager Gavin Price has further bolstered his defensive options with the return of Nathan Cooney on a deal until the end of the season.
City supporters will of course be familiar with Nathan who played his part in City's Highland League title win last season, making 32 appearances.
The 21 year-old opted to move up to League 2 with Elgin City in the summer, but now returns to Glebe Park for what is sure to be a busy end to the season.
Nathan has been training with the squad in recent weeks, and made a substitute appearance as a trialist in City's 3-1 victory over Rothes at the weekend.
Manager Gavin Price commented, "It's great to again strengthen the squad with bringing Nathan back to Glebe Park. He is a player that I have dealt with in the past and I know he is a strong defender that adds options to that area of the park which we needed.
"The squad is well balanced now with really strong competition in every position."
