Ahead of the competitive action starting on Saturday, the Club have secured the signing of midfielder Scott Logan on a one-year deal following a successful trial period.

Scott has been training with the Club and featured in all 4 of our pre-season fixtures, netting in the most recent fixture with a fine strike against Brechin Victoria.

The 18 year-old, who can play in a range of positions, came through the ranks of St Johnstone before making the move to Jeanfield Swifts. Last year he featured for Aberdeen University as he focused on the first year of his law degree.

Manager Patrick Cregg commented, "Scott is a player that can play anywhere across the 3 central positions on the pitch and is capable using both feet. He's come in to train with us and done well over the period that he's been in. The staff and I feel that he merited a deal and we're delighted to have him. He's young, ambitious and shown real hunger to be part of the group.
