The Club are delighted to confirm that Lewis Milne has signed from League 2 outfit Stirling Albion on a loan deal until the end of the season, subject to SFA clearance.
The creative attacking midfielder boasts a wealth of SPFL experience, making in excess of 350 appearances for Cowdenbeath, Forfar Athletic, Raith Rovers, Montrose and Stirling Albion.
His most fruitful spell has undoubtedly come at near-neighbours Montrose where he made a total of 144 appearances, netting 28 times in the process. He played a pivotal role in the Gable Endies clinching the League 2 title in 2018.
Manager Patrick Cregg knows first hand the qualities that Lewis has having played alongside him in midfield towards the end of his career. He said, "I'm delighted to get Lewis in - he's a lad that I played with before I retired and I know him really well. He's got quality in terms of creativity and set-pieces. We're excited to see what he can bring to the group."
Lewis will now look to make his mark at Brechin City for the remainder of the season and is likely to be available for selection for our Highland League Cup fixture against Inverurie Locos on Saturday.
