Brechin City FC is delighted to confirm the signing of goalkeeper Craig Hepburn on a season-long loan deal from St Johnstone, subject to SFA registration.

Craig has recently been training with the Club and featured as a trialist in the second half of our pre-season friendly against Dundee.

Highly-regarded at St Johnstone, the stopper has progressed through the Saints youth system and put pen to paper on a 3-year contract at McDiarmid Park last summer.

The 20 year-old has had previous loan spells at Luncarty, Cowdenbeath and most recently Bonnyrigg Rose and he will now provide competition in the goalkeeping department alongside Ross Matthews.

Manager Ray McKinnon added, "We are delighted to get Craig on board - he has already played and done well for us and brings good competition for our number one spot."
