Evans Leaves For Hibs

The club have confirmed that assistant manager Gareth Evans has left to the club to take up a full time position with SPL outfit Hibernian as reserve team coach.
The club are disappointed to lose such an influential figure but couldn't stand in his way of a full time job at an SPL club he spent much of his playing days at.
Gareth likewise is sorry to leave the club after just one season but does not want to miss the opportunity. Both clubs have agreed an acceptable compensation arrangement.
Evans will be replacing Mark Proctor, who left Hibernian to take up the vacant managerial job at Livingston last month.
Evans, who was also assistant at Alloa Athletic, said: "It's great to be starting out a new season and it is good to be back at Easter Road. A lot has changed since I played for the club, but I am looking forward to helping to take things forward."
