Grant played 78 minutes of the game on Saturday before he was sacrificed for sub goalkeeper Chris McLuskey after Craig Nelson had been sent off.
Formerly of Hearts as a youth player, Grant signed for Berwick in 1997 and went on to make 275 appearances for the wee Rangers before he was let go at the end of the season.
