Programme Subscriptions - By Keith Johnston

Brechin City fans all over the globe have the opportunity to keep up to date with what is going on at Glebe Park in-depth, simply through the new match programme subscription service offered by the club.

"The Spire", which has received great critical acclaim from visiting supporters of both Cowdenbeath and Stirling Albion so far, includes a wide-range of features which will not only interest Brechin City fans around the world, but also football fans in general.

The 40-page production may also be a collector's item in years to come, as the first publication ever issued by the club to include colour pages within it's interesting format.

In-depth interviews with players, the irreverent or some might say irrelevant views of "Cemetery Ender", a regular column written by Dick or Ian Campbell and your chance to identify a Brechin City player of yesteryear, are merely a taster of the great volume of reading material.

But don't take our word for it, save your self some money and take out a programme subscription by contacting Angus Fairlie for further details on angus@fairlie6359.fsnet.co.uk or if you prepare to make contact by telephone first you can speak to Gus on 07810 226 224.

But don't take our word for it "'sat down' and had a good read of the programme, and I was very impressed. Brechin's programmes of yore used to be nothing more than a local ad-rag, but the current publication is superb." Stewart Mac - Stirling Albion fan.
"I would also say your programme is excellent, picked it up and flicked through it before the match, and turned to my dad who collects hundreds and hundreds of programme that he will not find a better programme in the league this season." Froggy Binos - Stirling Albion fan.

With thanks to "Pie and Bovril" for the above comments.

By subscribing to "The Spire" you are not only lending your financial backing to the club, but also helping the programme editor twist the arm of the treasurer with a view to future match programmes.

Don't delay order yours today - you won't be disappointed.
