City manager Michael O'Neill has extended the loan deal of striker Darren Gribben by two months, which will keep the former Hamilton, Cowdenbeath and Forfar front man at Glebe Park until after the Berwick game at Shielfield Park on the 5th of January 2008.

Gribben signed for the club last month on an initial one month loan from Stirling Albion, and made an instant impact by scoring in each of his first two appearances, against Ross County and Queens Park.

Gribben, currently out of favour at 1st division outfit Stirling Albion, has impressed so far during his stay and would have a lot more goals to his name if it wasn't for the woodwork and some outstanding goalkeeping.
