"Peterhead had an excellent result last Saturday and they are a very accomplished side. But, on our day, so are we and we have an excellent record at Balmoor, it's one which we must ensure we build upon this weekend.
I would urge fans who perhaps don't normally travel to away matches just to make an exception this weekend and come out and support us.
This is a game that, if we get a result, could have a huge bearing on the final positions in the league table. We obviously will be looking for Airdrie to do us a favour at home to Alloa on Saturday as well.
However, we must focus only on our game and our own performance and I think a good travelling support could give us that wee bit extra edge that you sometimes need in a situation like this.
I want as many people as possible to make this trip for the team and hopefully we can repay them with the sort of performance that we are capable of."
