Ian McCall's Partick Thistle side arrive at Glebe Park on Saturday fresh from defeating another second division side on Thursday evening.

The Jags started off their pre-season preparations with a 3-1 win at Blyth Spartans and followed that up with a 2-1 win at Ayr Utd on Thursday night.

Michael O'Neill will use the opportunity to cast his eye over some of the "Trialists" who did so well in the closed doors friendly against Hibs in midweek. Gary Fusco picked up a knock in that game, and may be doubtful for Saturday's match.

Marc Twaddle, Ian Maxwell, Ryan McStay, Stephen McKeown and Simon Donnelly are all carrying wee, pre-season type, injuries. There are nothing at all serious and all have a chance of playing at Brechin tomorrow. It will be very much a first team that we will field at Brechin with none of the youth players featuring. Simon Lynch will also feature at Glebe Park.” said Jags' boss Ian McCall.
