Difficult Start For Brechin

City will face three difficult away fixtures at the beginning of the new season.
In the first round of the Alba Cup, Jim Weir’s men will face a difficult away game against East Fife at Bayview Stadium and on the following Saturday the team will travel to Ochilview Park to play Stenhousemuir in round one of the CIS Cup.
City will begin their league campaign with the long trip to newly relegated Ayr United at Somerset Park on 7th August.
Stenhousemuir will provide the opposition for the club’s opening match at Glebe Park the following Saturday with the first local derby of the season against Forfar Athletic at Station Park, taking place on Saturday 21st August.
