City-Forfar Preview

Brechin City boss Jim Weir has an injury worry over an unnamed player ahead of today's eagerly anticipated derby match against local rivals and near neigbours Forfar Athletic.
" One of our players picked up an injury at training on Thursday night and at this stage I don't think he's going to make it," said Jim.
" It will be a bad blow if he fails to recover because the last thing I want to do is change the team around, but on the other hand it gives someone elese a chance to come into the team and stake a claim for a regular place."
" There's no doubt that this afternoon's game will be very competitive and keenly contested but despite the fact that we have this injury problem I still feel confident that we have the players who can win the game for us."
" Dick Campbell will have his players well motivated and fired up and we know that Forfar who have done really well in recent games will be difficult opponents. However, we have players here who can cause the opposition problems and I'm confident that it will be the Brechin supporters who will be smiling at quarter to five this afternoon."
