Sunday's derby match at Station Park between City and Forfar Athletic is now considered extremely doubtful.

The Loons were in touch with City Secretary Gus Fairlie this morning and told him that things were not improving on the park.

The pitch is still affected by large areas of ice and with the forecasters now predicting a frost on Saturday evening it was felt that there should be a pitch inspection tomorrow.

As things stand, the game would have to be considered as extremely doubtful.
