SCOTTISH CUP WINDOW-DRESSING COMPETITION


The Club are offering two Scottish Cup Quarter-Final tickets to the winner of a best dressed window competition in the run up to March 12th.

Local businesses are asked to get behind the team and to decorate their premises in club colours to brighten up the town.

Decorated Window displays will be judged by the club’s Management Committee during week commencing Monday 7th March with the best display winning two lucrative tickets for one of the biggest games in the Club’s history.

Chairman Ken Ferguson said,

“ The atmosphere in the town is now beginning to build up with the tickets now being sold at our home fixtures. Most local hotels and hostelries are getting booked up with visiting fans wanting to make the most of the occasion. We would hope that the town’s shops and businesses would consider brightening up the place by decorating their premises for the week before the game. Let’s face it, given the winter we have had, we could do with brightening things up.”
