The club are pleased to announce that midfielder Adam Nelson has signed a contract with the club. The former Blackburn Rovers man was with Elgin City last season but his contract expired at the end of the campaign and Michael O'Neill has moved quickly to capture Adam's signature.
Adam signed for Elgin City in the summer of 2004 from Blackburn Rovers. He is a player with an outstanding first touch and tremendous vision. According to the official Elgin City website, Adam epitomises the saying "a silky soccer player". He has a good football brain and also chips in with his fair share of goals.
Adam, who is 22 years of age, follows his Elgin City team mate Martin Johnston and former Cowdenbeath player Gary Fusco in joining City so far this summer. Michael O'Neill is still on the look-out for new players but at this precise moment in time there are no further developments.
